Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions
Pushpavalli joined Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions in 2009. She progressed from Academic Coordinator to Academic Manager, overseeing more than 60 campuses across four states, and later to Chief of Academics. She now serves as Chief of Academics, Consultant.
This stage brought together the recurring strands of her journey: observing children, testing ideas through practice, designing curriculum, and preparing educators. Her continuing aim is to make learning with understanding, confidence, and joy accessible within everyday education.
The school network gave her a setting in which to develop curriculum, train teachers, and build learning systems for everyday classrooms. She describes this as the period when she formally developed and implemented Prapoorna Neurovidya, the framework that informs the Mavericks Learning Approach at Sri Chaitanya.
Her work on Mavericks connected years of direct experience with children to the task of preparing lessons and supporting teachers and academic teams across campuses. The emphasis moved from an individual programme towards practices that teachers could use within the school day.
Alongside this work, she pursued study in child psychology, cognitive science, educational neuroscience, and neuroplasticity. She describes these disciplines as helping her interpret the connections she had observed through Gurukul practices and classroom experience.
She also designed and organised four world record events. The 2024 event involved more than 10,000 students across 20 states and received recognition from the World Book of Records, London.
Pushpavalli served as lead editor and content architect for the Meera Series and Arya Series, covering kindergarten through Grade 10. These learning resources were designed to encourage creativity, critical thinking, and the application of knowledge in everyday life.
She also played a pivotal role as the key applicant for copyright registration of both textbook series under Sri Chaitanya’s name, helping safeguard the institution’s educational resources.

Pushpavalli led work towards ISO certification and contributed to securing CBSE and Cambridge accreditations for Sri Chaitanya schools. Her responsibilities included educational standards, resource planning, and decisions informed by academic data.
She conceptualised and led a TEDx event organised by students at Sri Chaitanya's Miyapur campus, giving them a platform to express ideas, creativity, and leadership.
She represented Sri Chaitanya at an international education summit in Johannesburg, South Africa, presenting its learning methodologies and innovations in online teaching.
Her work has included academic and operational management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, professional development, and change management across the school network. She has also advocated inclusive learning environments and worked towards digital learning systems centred on students.
