The Mavericks Learning Approach (MLA) is NeuroVidya’s flagship neuro pedagogical framework, translating evidence informed learning principles into engaging, meaningful, and future ready classroom experiences. Through inquiry, reflection, and real world application, MLA helps educators design brain compatible learning experiences that develop critical thinking, creativity, emotional intelligence, collaboration, and lifelong learning.

Joyful, experiential learning.

Pushpavalli pioneered and scaled the Mavericks Learning Approach and 6C learning at Sri Chaitanya. Her work seeks to make education joyful, experiential, and connected to life, helping students develop as lifelong learners, thinkers, and innovators.

Through Mavericks and the Future Pathways Curriculum, she has worked to bring this approach into regular academics. Her educational frameworks emphasise learning centred on the student, developmental appropriateness, and global educational practices.

From Gurukul to global records.

At Sri Chaitanya, Pushpavalli designed learning methods, trained teachers, and organised four world record events. The events covered countries and capitals, chemical elements, multiplication tables, and mathematical formulae, with recognition from the International Book of World Records and the World Book of Records, London.

She describes the preparation as learning through approaches rooted in ancient Indian practices, enabling students to retain and recall information naturally and joyfully rather than relying on intensive drilling.

Beyond the records

Her account also describes students in Grades 6, 7, and 8 successfully completing IGCSE examinations using the same learning methodology. This work extended her approach across different age groups and curriculum frameworks.
